1. Why does it take 2 to 6 weeks to receive my print?
   While selling prints printed on a home printer such as an Epson is fine, but you have to ask yourself is it the best possible? Going to a print shop that specializes in photo prints assures the customer of “top notch” quality, and that's what we at Backlight Nature Photo want to do. Provide the best possible print to our customers. Also, carrying stock of the entire photos collection, in all the different sizes can add up to a considerable expense. Each print is individually printed on a first come, first served basis. All this adds to the delivery time.
   
   
2. How will my print be packed?
   Your print will be shipped in a cardboard box packed between layers of cardboard to protect the print and keep it flat. Your print will never be shipped in tube.
   
   
3. Do you use Photoshop to manipulate photos?
   The only digital manipulation we use is some minor cropping and color correction to match the color, as closely as possible, to the original transparency.
   
   
4. Are my transactions safe?
   Absolutely. We use secure SSL technology. Just look at the bottom of your screen for the locked padlock when ordering.
   
   
5. Do you us film or digital?
   We are currently using film. Sometime in '06 we will shoot both film and digital.
